Each of these platforms operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any data shared with these platforms is limited to what is necessary to deliver the services you have requested.
- AI-generated outputs, automated recommendations, and agent actions are provided as tools to support decision-making and do not constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any outputs before acting on them.
- We do not use your data or content to train third-party AI models without your explicit written consent. Any data processing arrangements specific to your engagement will be documented in a separate Data Processing Agreement.
Marketing Services
Where you engage ZuluRoad Marketing for marketing services, data relevant to your campaigns may be shared with third-party advertising and analytics platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and similar platforms in order to deliver, measure, and optimise your campaigns.
- We operate as a data processor on your behalf in these contexts. Your obligations as a data controller, and ours as processor, will be set out in a separate Data Processing Agreement.
- We use third-party tools including but not limited to HubSpot, Instantly, PostBridge, and Google Workspace in the delivery of marketing services. These tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
IT Services
Where you engage CapeTech IT for managed IT services, our team may access your systems, networks, and data as necessary to deliver the services contracted. Access is strictly limited to what is required for service delivery.
All access and data handling obligations specific to IT service engagements are governed by the applicable Service Level Agreement and, where required, a separate Data Processing Agreement.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share your information with:
- Trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Websites and delivering services, bound by confidentiality obligations
- Third-party AI, automation, analytics, and advertising platforms as required to deliver contracted services
- Legal authorities where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of CapePoint, our clients, or others
